1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of Pandit Vinay Kumar Pandey and booking our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Pandit Vinay Kumar Pandey provides authentic Vedic ritual services including but not limited to: Griha Pravesh, Satyanarayan Puja, Vivah Sanskar, Namakaran, Rudrabhishek, Navagraha Shanti, and spiritual consultations. Services are performed by qualified Vedic priests following scriptural traditions.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment as specified
• Muhurat (auspicious timing) is calculated based on provided birth details
• Final date and time are subject to priest availability and Muhurat confirmation
• Samagri (materials) options: Complete service or guidance-only
• Travel charges apply for locations beyond 25km from Pune center

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 7 days before: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Within 48 hours: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible
• Muhurat changes require re-calculation and may incur additional fees
• Force majeure events: Full credit for future booking

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate birth details for Muhurat calculation
• Arrange clean, quiet space facing East/North for the ceremony
• Observe Sattvic diet 24 hours prior to major rituals
• Ensure all participants are present at the scheduled time
• Provide required items if opting for guidance-only service

6. Spiritual Disclaimer

Our services are based on Vedic traditions and spiritual practices. Results and experiences are subjective and vary based on individual faith, karma, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific material outcomes, financial gains, or resolution of personal problems through rituals. Spiritual guidance is complementary to, not a substitute for, professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, mantras, and ritual procedures, is the intellectual property of Pandit Vinay Kumar Pandey. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. Personal use for ceremony preparation is permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pandit Vinay Kumar Pandey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
